What is the Map of Consciousness?


The Map of Consciousness is a scale that measures the vibrational frequency of human emotions. It was created to help people understand that emotions aren't just feelings—they’re energy. And this energy has a direct impact on what we attract into our lives.






Here’s how it works: emotions like fear, anger, and jealousy vibrate at a low frequency. When you’re stuck in these emotions, it feels like you’re constantly pushing uphill, doesn't it?


You might find that nothing seems to go right, or that you keep encountering obstacles in your path. That’s because these low-frequency emotions attract similar low-vibe situations and experiences.

On the other hand, emotions like love, joy, and gratitude vibrate at a much higher frequency. When you’re operating from these emotions, life tends to flow a little easier.

You attract better opportunities, healthier relationships, and outcomes that align with your desires. Think of it like tuning into a radio station—when you’re on the right frequency, everything sounds clear.

But the problem is that: most people spend their lives stuck in those lower frequencies, not realizing that they can change the station at any moment.

They think, “This is just how life is,” when, in reality, they have the power to choose a higher frequency.

I know this because I’ve been there... 

There was a time when frustration and anger ran my life. I was working hard, but nothing was happening the way I wanted. I was stuck.

And, to be honest, it wasn’t just external things—it was an internal battle, too. I was holding onto past resentments and constantly vibrating in those lower emotions.

I remember one day in particular when I hit a breaking point. I had been grinding for months, pouring all my energy into something I thought would take off, and it wasn’t.

Instead of reflecting, I got angry. I blamed the situation, blamed other people, and was just generally stuck in this heavy, negative energy.

But then something clicked. I realized that the more I stayed in that vibration, the more of the same I was going to attract.




So, I made a conscious decision to shift. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew that if I wanted to change my outer world, I had to start with my inner world.

I began focusing on gratitude for the little things, releasing old grudges, and filling my mind with more positive thoughts.

The shift wasn’t immediate, but it was powerful. Slowly but surely, things started to flow again. I attracted better opportunities, my relationships improved, and most importantly, I felt lighter.

It was like the world opened up because I was now vibrating on a frequency that aligned with what I wanted.



Practical Guide to Elevating Your Vibration




So, how can you raise your vibration and start attracting more of what you want in life? It’s simpler than you think. Here are three steps to get you started:



  • Practice Daily Gratitude 

Every morning, take a moment to focus on what you’re grateful for. This can be as simple as appreciating the fact that you woke up, that you have a roof over your head, or that you’re healthy.

Gratitude instantly raises your vibration because it shifts your focus from lack to abundance.


  • Surround Yourself with Positive Influences

Who you spend your time with matters. If you’re constantly around people who complain, criticize, or are stuck in negative energy, it will affect your vibration.

Make a conscious effort to surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you. Even if that means spending more time with positive content—books, podcasts, or music—it all adds up.


  • Let Go of Resentments

Holding onto past grudges or negative emotions weighs you down. It’s like trying to run a race while dragging a heavy bag behind you. Let it go.

Forgiving someone or something doesn’t mean you’re saying what they did was okay. It means you’re freeing yourself from the emotional burden. As soon as you do, you’ll notice a significant shift in how you feel—and in what you attract.
